What to Expect


To arrange a viewing can you please call (0141 849 1080 office hours Monday – Saturday 9am-5pm )

Viewings will be accompanied by a member of staff who can answer any questions you may have regarding the property.


A security deposit of one month’s rent must be paid, the deposit will be transferred to the Safe Deposit Scheme account throughout the tenancy term. This will be returned in full subject to a satisfactory check out inspection.


We require references from your employer and a previous or current landlord.

Credit checks will also be be required.

A guarantor may be required in some circumstances.

Once we have satisfactory references in place, we will arrange an appointment for you to come to our office to sign your lease documents, complete a standing order mandate for future rental payments.

On your day of entry, you will be given your keys along with a copy of the inventory which should be returned to us within 7 days with any relevant comments completed.


If you wish to leave at the end of your tenancy, you must tell us in writing two months before the last day of your tenancy.

If you wish to stay in the property then you needn’t do anything and the tenancy will continue as usual on a month by month basis.


The rent is paid monthly in advance on the same date as your tenancy start date. The tenant is responsible for council tax and all other utilities bills at the property.

Maintenance Visits

We will do an initial 6 weeks check to confirm you are happy with everything. Further visits will be done on an 6 monthly basis giving you at least one weeks notice of a date and time.
